Mid-Tier Technology Firm: Web Content Refresh
The client is a mid-tier IT services firm backed by leading venture capital firms and has an exclusive focus on the healthcare sector. Led by the dynamic Founder/CEO, the firm has seen rapid growth in the past few years and is poised for the next stage of growth.
The client’s website was outdated and required a new look and feel as well as more business-focused content as opposed to the current technology-focused content. The web content also needed to showcase the company’s exclusive healthcare focus and the ability to bring domain knowledge and strategy consulting skills to solve business problems using technology.
Approach & Results
Working closely with the leadership and key subject matter experts, we were able to develop a web content strategy that reflected that desired positioning for the company. We also conducted a benchmark of similar firms to understand best practices. Using the DamoDigital™ platform, we created a repository of the web content and pages using standardized content guidelines. Working closely with client SME’s, our writers were able to develop over 40 web pages that were consistent in tone and approach, and a unique new market-facing website.
