About the presenters

Paddy Padmanabhan is the CEO of Damo Consulting Inc. in Chicago. He has over 25 years of experience in the corporate sector with large global corporations such as GE, Wipro, and Accenture. Paddy entered the world of start-ups in 2012. After two Silicon Valley analytics start-ups that had successful exits, Paddy started Damo Consulting, focusing on market advisory services exclusively in the healthcare technology space. Today, Damo Consulting works with some of the biggest global tech brands, as well as digital health startups and healthcare enterprises. In his spare time, Paddy writes a regular column for CIO online on healthcare technology trends, and unwinds by playing guitar in classic rock and blues band in the Chicago area.

Guy Mansueto

Guy Mansueto is the VP of Portfolio Marketing at IBM Watson Health in the US. He is responsible for leading the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies and marketing for IBM Watson Health value-based care business unit. With over 25 years in the healthcare IT industry, Guy brings expertise in developing, marketing, and delivering emerging technology solutions for the healthcare market. Guy is on the Executive Committee of the Patient Centered Primary Care Collaborative (PCPCC), which is a coalition of major employers, consumer groups, patient quality organizations, health plans, labor unions, hospitals, and physicians who have joined to develop and advance the patient-centered medical home. He is on the executive steering committee for the AMGF Measure Up/Pressure Down™ campaign, the advisory board for the University of Utah’s Institute of Healthcare Transformation, and is the past president of the North/Central Florida Chapter HIMSS association.
