Digital Transformation Consultant - Cloud Strategy

We are looking to bring on experienced consultants in the near term to support our rapidly growing digital transformation advisory practice and help clients achieve success with their multi-year transformation journeys.
Your role and expectations:
Our digital strategy consultants are experienced professionals who bring hands-on experience in healthcare organizations and enterprise IT environments to address our clients’ rapidly growing transformational needs. Our consultants are trusted advisors who are familiar with the tools/techniques required to meet transformation objectives for the telehealth and virtual care models of the future.
Damo is looking for experienced cloud strategy consultants with experience in AWS and Azure. The roles will be part of Damo’s digital transformation advisory work with health systems. The right candidates will have experience in one of the big 4 consulting firms, experience with IT infrastructure operations and leading cloud transformation projects preferably with healthcare enterprises. Appropriate certifications with AWS and/or Azure are a must. Experience in application portfolio rationalization would be a plus. The role requires working closely with senior IT leadership and providing strategic guidance on implementing cloud migration roadmaps. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate will be able to manage stakeholder expectations, prepare and present status reports, provide technology inputs.
Required Qualification:
- 10 years or more years in consulting and/or enterprise IT leadership (big 4 consulting experience would be a plus)
- Experience with technology business strategy, transformational programs Healthcare Industry experience would be a plus
- Preferred expertise areas: Â cloud migration strategies, IT architecture and roadmaps
- Analytical and critical thinking skills, data-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, presentation skill
