We are hiring experienced business analysts for our fast-growing digital health and technology strategy advisory practice. Ideal candidates will have experience in performing similar roles and understand healthcare workflows.Â

Experience: 5 + years (5 – 7 years)
Job Description:
- Understanding and translating business requirements into functional specificationsÂ
- Experience working in Agile software development – familiarity with tools like Jira, ADOÂ
- Creating requirement documents, gap analysis and defining scopeÂ
- Writing Research articles, blogs and other thought leadership articlesÂ
- Understanding of healthcare workflows Â
- Knowledge of US Regulatory landscapeÂ

- Knowledge of HL7, FHIR Interoperability is a plusÂ
- Familiarity with data sets: Clinical, Pharmacy and Claims and ability to comprehend themÂ
- Knowledge of additional tools like Power BI, Tableau is a plusÂ
